Cancellation Policy

For all future appointments, the following cancellation charges will be applied:

Failure to attend appointment 100%

Cancellation within 24 hours of appointment 100%

Cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment 50%

Cancellation charges are to be paid within 24 hours of the missed appointment.

Future appointments will not be accepted until payment has been made in full.
