We aim to provide you with the service you are used to, whilst minimising the risks to all during these difficult times.
We have enhanced our sanitising and disinfecting routines based on guidance from the Pet Industry Federation. 
Please help by observing the following: 
  • Please cancel your appointment if you are feeling unwell and we will be ​happy to reschedule your appointment. 
  • No clients will be permitted inside the premises.
  • Upon arrival please wait in the car park.
  • We will come out to the car park to collect and return your dog.
  • Please remove your dog's collar and lead when we collect your dog.
  • We will use our own slip lead to take your dog safely to and from the premises.
  • Please place the correct payment in the red post box after collecting your dog.
  • The post box will be sanitised once you have left, ready for the next customer.
  • Bank transfer available by prior arrangement (note: my bank details have recently changed).
